WITH OSCAR & MATT

Hosts, questions, and explanations in the frame.

Character reactions demonstrate layout and use cases; match them to the actual conversation when making a video. Every image is an individual transparent PNG. Browse all 42 expressions or read the usage guide.

EDITORIAL FRAMES

The original eight treatments.

This is a design reference, with illustrative editorial copy. The Matt Wozniak quote is a verified excerpt from the Episode 27 section of the podcast website. The diagrams demonstrate layout, not measured product behavior. Captions are static styling samples, not word-timed transcript output.

THINK
FORWARD.

Creative Mode's poster-scale display face. New to this pack. Uppercase, tight, direct.

IDENTITY & LABELS / SPACE MONO

HUMAN
IN THE LOOP

The site's recognizable technical voice. Keeps bylines, labels, sources, and episode details consistent.

EXPLANATIONS / SPACE GROTESK

Make the
idea clear.

The podcast site's body family. Sentence case, generous line spacing, short readable explanations.

Persistent participant names and role bars are removed. Cameras extend close to the footer divider; speech captions overlay the lower picture area when needed. The complete logo stays in the header. Open all four views at full size or read the layout guidelines. Replace guest placeholders with actual guest footage before release.

These stills show the settled states of animated, transparent name-and-biography overlays. Existing opinion footage is muted for this placement preview. Read the introduction guidelines; reusable sources are in components/host-intro-oscar.html and components/host-intro-matt.html.

HITL large solo portrait camera with logo and footer
Solo / compact heading / large host camera
HITL stacked portrait cameras filling the frame to the footer
Two people / equal cameras / 24px gap

Use both cameras for a useful exchange or reaction. A redundant excerpt handoff cuts directly to the next speaker while preserving the audio. Portrait camera specification.

A reusable frame system

Human judgment.
Graphic confidence.

Use the paper ground for explanations, ink for an opinion, and indigo for a decisive segment change. Keep one dominant message in each frame.

Podcast video direction: use real host footage as the home frame, relevant B-roll for concrete ideas, and purposeful editorial animation for emphasis. Illustrated characters support selected beats. The EP29 B-roll edition is the approved production reference; these gallery frames remain graphic-layout examples. Read the production guidelines.

  • Square shapes and a single hard offset shadow carry the Creative Mode influence.
  • Use the supplied complete logo, without cropping, recoloring, or redrawing it.
  • Recompose vertical and square frames; keep space for platform controls and captions.
  • Use local fonts and assets. The pack works without a font CDN.
  • Read FRAME.md before creating a composition. The showcase stays a visual reference.
